Dr. Cornelia Muehlhauser, Anesthesiologist
Dr. Muehlhauser provides patients with the best anesthetic care possible, ensuring the safest methods and highest quality anesthetic medications available to minimize or eliminate post anesthetic related side effects such as nausea or drowsiness. She has enjoyed working for Dr. Krugman at his surgical center for over 10 years. Dr. Muehlhauser has been involved with anesthesia for plastic surgery since she entered private practice in 1991. She has provided anesthesia care for numerous cosmetic procedures over the years in both the hospital environment and in outpatient surgical facilities.
Dr. Muehlhauser enjoys her job working with Dr. Krugman tremendously, especially the high level of professionalism and focus on excellent patient care that dominates the work environment Dr Krugman's surgical center. She likes getting to know the patients during the preoperative phone call, and shares their joy and excitement about their upcoming surgical procedure. Dr. Muehlhauser also takes satisfaction in allaying pre operative anxiety and reassuring patients by addressing their concerns.
Michelle Nicks, Aesthetician
Shelly has been with Dr. Krugman’s practice for over 24 years. In addition to being a licensed aesthetician, Michelle “Shelly” Nicks is Dr. Krugman’s surgical technician. She assists in the operating room as well as administers various non-surgical, facial solutions such as chemical and non-chemical peels. Shelly enjoys helping patients improve their appearance whether it be through Botox®, facial fillers or complete Mommy Makeover.
Tracey Mora, RNTracey has been working with Dr. Krugman for 17 years. "I love working for Dr. Krugman," she says. "He is professional and a very kind person, we have a great team of professionals and we all enjoy working together."
Tracey manages the operating room and ensures that our practice is up-to-date with all certifications. If you're about to undergo surgery with us, Tracy will help you get you ready. She'll start an I.V., record your vitals, and help you get comfortable. She may assist in your surgery and help you through your initial recovery phase. In some cases, she will even accompany you home and care for you overnight.
